Bernie Sanders

Bernard Sanders (born September 8, 1941) is an American politician and activist who is the senior United States senator from Vermont, having served since 2007. A member of the Progressive Party, he was the party's nominee for President in the 2016 Presidential election, coming in second place behind Donald Trump. He is currently running for president a second time in the 2020 Presidential election.
